| The Secure Chuck Retorquer is an automatic inline cap torque machine which operates at speeds up to 100Bpm. |

The small footprint requires minimal space on packaging lines; the unit can also be used as a semi-automatic capper.
The flexible Secure Chuck Retorquer can be mounted to any conveyor; the container indexing system and clamping system is easily adjusted from one container to the next. Scaled settings make repeatable set ups fast and simple. Once adjusted, containers need only satisfy the machine’s start sensor and it will automatically index, clamp and torque the closures onto the containers. |
