Automatic Desiccant Inserting Machine
The Rx-Desiccant is an automatic inline desiccant inserting machine which can be used as a semi automatic or manual machine - that inserts desiccants into containers at speeds up to 60 Bpm.
The hopper of the Rx-Desiccant is designed to regulate the flow of desiccants onto a vibratory tray. The vibratory tray maintains adequate space between desiccants to minimize rejects. Using infra-red technology—for greater accuracy—the count unit counts the desiccants passing through. A tool less changeover, touch screen control and scaled setting ensure that changeover is fast and easily achieved.
