The CPC High-Speed Capper is an automatic starwheel capping machine designed specifically for cosmetics and personal care bottles and caps. It is equipped to handle pump caps, spray caps, trigger caps, and scratch-prone ornamental caps. An optional cap sorter and feeder allow for fully automatic operation consistently at speeds up to 60 cpm.
This rotary capping machine was specially designed to address customer challenges such as the need to replace hand placement of pump or spray caps, leaks in bottles due to incorrect torque, and end-user complaints due to missing stems or over-caps. The chuck capper can handle pump, spray, and trigger caps with rigid or flexible stems, as well as airless pump applications with ease. The starwheel design incorporates two simultaneous capping stations for higher-speed applications in a smaller operating space.
